PRODUCT SUMMARY:

This wine is produced from a careful selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes from the Vigna San Biagio vineyard in the municipality of La Morra.

The fermentation of this wine is carefully controlled; it is then aged in oak barrels and small barriques.

After this, it is left to fine in the bottle for a short time.

The wine has a lovely garnet/ red colour with hints of orange.

The intense bouquet reminds one of withered violets and roses; tarry notes add further depth to the soft and velvety, ethereal aromas.

The flavour is well-balanced, austere and pleasantly persistent, it is a wine with a very long life.
